Given the nature of our food products, returning opened packages may not always be practical. In such cases we will offer refund or replacement as per availability. Refund or replacement will only be approved if any damage occur to product from our end
While we discourage cancellations, we understand that certain circumstances may warrant one. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us via email at care@fulva.in or WhatsApp with your order ID within 4 hours of placing the order to 9544200157. Requests received after this timeframe may not be accommodated as the order may have already been processed for shipping.
We strive to dispatch our products promptly to ensure timely delivery. Orders are typically shipped within 12-24 hours of receipt, with deliveries scheduled on all days except Sundays and national holidays. For areas serviced by major couriers, delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days, excluding Sundays and holidays. In regions serviced by India Post, delivery may take 1-2 weeks, depending on the location. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen logistical challenges may occasionally cause delays. Please note that Fulva is not liable for damage occurring during shipment, and in such cases, refunds or replacements may not be possible.
